Robot painting
We have 2 robotic painting systems: one with water film painting and one dry system, both equipped with volumetric pumps that ensure an even and consistent paint application on all parts. These systems allow us to handle large orders while ensuring quality and uniformity on every item.
The systems are interconnected with a 4.0 system, enabling remote monitoring of the work progress and alerting us to any anomalies.
Additionally, the software stores work sheets and customer-specific color formulas for each item, ensuring excellent repeatability.
We also have multiple tintometric systems for color development, allowing us to turn even a simple “idea” into the best solution for our clients.
For more specific requests, such as color testing and small production batches, we have two manual booths where the experience of our skilled painters allows us to meet any type of demand.
We primarily handle the painting of fashion accessories, small metal parts, plastics, buttons made of natural materials (wood, horn, mother-of-pearl, corozo, etc.), screws, air fresheners, sports and automotive accessories, window hardware, plaques for the construction sector, and balance weights.
Our finishes range from standard opaque or translucent (matte, semi-matte, satin, glossy) to more unique effects such as rubberized, ceramic-coated, speckled, metallic, faux-galvanized, two-tone, gradient, sandblasted, glitter, and more, always working with the client to find the best solution between cost and quality.
Finishing
The final inspection is carried out by our quality control team using tools that ensure the durability and compliance of the finished product.
